Very fun loving close knit community of older retirees. Wonderful children who enhance the environment. Staff strive to keep the peace and safety. Typical motel issues as is any place. Allow fridge and hotplates. Recommended highly. Better than all other low income/priced motels in town. Walking distance to LSU and downtown. Police patrolled to ensure safe place.
